Da Ghost, I do not know you from previous encounters, but I do think that a lot of people that are bashing the stock now are working for the MM's that are short due to NSS. So the idea is to discredit a company to make people sell their shares so they do not have to provide them. In this country the only way to make money it seems is to be crooked and I dearly believe that the whole stock market is.
When the smear campaign does not work you guys seem to go to the next step and get the SEC involved to shut them down or put them on the grey market (which basically does the same thing).
Now on the other hand I do believe that there are companies out there that are in it to shaft people by diluting on and on. I can only say kudo's to the people that expose those companies. I like to see proof of those accusations though. I can handle taking a loss if I make the wrong decisioins but I really get pissed off if it is because of somebody else that has an agenda that is not quite legal.
Offcourse nobody will admit to doing anything illegal so I do not expect anybody to say "yes that is the case"
In my opinion if there was nothing illegal going on there would be no problem to discuss those things even on I-HUB. However you always see a pattern of certain people showing up depending how seriously of a shorting problem there is. I watch the tape everyday and I can see how it trades and know that when it looks like shit, smells like shit, it probably is shit.
With all that said, if you have a reason for not liking BCAP's business plan please discuss it with us here since you obviously are smart and have nothing to hide. All smalltime investors are not exactly stupid you know.
