This letter was posted by another shareholder;
Dear Mr Ted Campbell:
>>It has been disappointing to see the share price drop so rapidly over the past several days. Why? Is this due >>to the delay in Nuvola?
We don’t believe so. We obviously have no control over share prices or the market, but we believe that a lot of people that bought a year ago in the sub penny price range have been dumping shares now that the one year period is up as they will no longer get hit with the capital gains penalty. Rather than being sophisticated about getting out we think they are simply dumping out which has driven the share price down.
>>Is the Nuvola a viable product and going to be available soon? I ordered one 5 months ago.
Many OEM customers have taken delivery and love the product. Those contracts were our top priority in production. The retail units are awaiting approval of the new 4.4 Google OS. Google made it a requirement that we ship with 4.4 and not 4.2 to the consumer space. We completed our update and submitted it for approval. We anticipate that happening soon. The product is very viable as over 20,000 units have already been ordered by OEM customers based on their testing.
>>Much negative information coming from posters on xxxx as well.
iHub entire purpose is for short interest. It’s owned by NITE and the bashers are paid by them to help push stock down.
>>Can you give the shareholders any reassurance that the company is moving in a positive direction?
I’m not sure how much more we can do. We have been profitable quarter after quarter. We have exceeded sales projections quarter after quarter. We publish news almost every week about new adoption of our technology and services. We just paid our shareholders a dividend. Seems that if you look at what we are doing as a company it’s all positive.
>>What is happening with 4K studios and ultraflix? Any 4K rendered content viewable yet?
We have over 200 hours of 4K content. 4K studios has been expanding at a rapid rate.
>>Please answer some of these questions if you are able. I will be unable to attend the upcoming shareholder >>meeting and wondered if it could be streamed over the computer (maybe in 4K!). I appreciate all your hard >>work with the company.
We will be streaming the event, but there is not much chance that we will have it in 4K given the amount of expense for real time encoding of 4K. The recorded session will be in 4K.
