Bayport International Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: BAYP) (PINKSHEETS: BAYP) is excited to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent with a cosmetic, safety and heath product manufacturer forming a joint venture to design and produce the first two in a line of hemp based products designed and manufactured exclusively for Bayport International Holdings, Inc., through its subsidiary Bayport Medicinal Research, Inc. We are currently working on packaging designs and finalizing product formulations.
