Got: What is paradoxical is why a group would spend $500k cash to promote SKTO that they swear is a great opportunity when they could take the same $500k and buy a veritable boatload of shares pursuant to their own advice? It doesn't make sense. To thicken the matter, their campaign seems, on the surface, to have been a failure.
SKTO coincidentally ends up downgraded on the Pinks. And now we learn that whenever an OTCM subscriber company is the subject of a promotional campaign (no matter who funds it), the company attorney must come up with hard answers to specific questions about the promotional activity, the adequacy of company information, controlling and beneficial shareholders, etc.
I ask you, could Art Mayor be doing a worse job running this company for over a year? Why didn't he stomp all over this campaign that did more damage than good and brings unwanted scrutiny? When that holdover gets the boot, it will be a day to celebrate.
