Looking at the pictures today, this site looks like it's inspection ready.. Not much work appears to be going on... The yard appears to be much more "completed". The red caution cones are even in place... My guess is that inspection has happened or is very close to happening. I've led many construction projects over 33 years as this... (EPA, OSHA, MDEQ) These are things we would have done also..
