This was posted on PVEC FB page back in Jan 2014. it might answer the reason why no PR's or very few lately.
The Company was just informed by an East Coast PR firm that an attempt to schedule of an unauthorized PR with company information has been declined. The company received an email from the the PR company after the individual(s) or company attempted to release a new story without PVEI's authorization or knowledge. The PR company contacted PVEI because prior to the scheduled release, the credit card being used was declined. They were attempting to update payment information which led them to contacting the company directly, as the contact information was listed as being Peter Villiotis. PVEI has since stopped this PR from being released and is investigating the origin and persons responsible for attempting its unauthorized release of company information without PVEI consent. PVEI has been sent the contents of this PR and will update shareholders as to the nature of the incident and the content of the aforementioned PR that contains information regarding the company with very bizarre contents.
Pending this investigation, all future PR's will be placed on hold awaiting the outcome of this investigation. PVEI wants to assure shareholders that this incident will be fully investigated and once this is completed, either Kerry or myself will update shareholders further.
