As long as folks do not bash the company with BS claims of scam with zero proof, then we won't bring up the fact that MMs like NITE and CSTI hire bashers to spam the boards of stocks where they need to cover their madoff exemption short shares.
Everyone is well aware that illegal shorting goes on by MMs on non reporting companies. The trouble comes in when these company's go sec reporting and FINRA reg SHO and new short rules kick in. Coming very soon for BCAP too.
