Bill has said all along that at the end of March they would see where they are with construction and inform HC 2 weeks before the completion of the security items (fence, vault, cameras, etc). He has also said in a previous interview that the inspection would be sometime soon after Easter (Good Friday, Easter weekend and Easter Monday ALL Canadian Holidays) and after HC reopened from the Holidays.

So anyone's guess as to when, but my money is on either late last week or this week (maybe today). I think we will get an announcement real soon. JMHO
