Still fairly light volume which is not a surprise. What is a wonder is people are selling in the .09s and we could get license news any time now. I certainly wouldn't be trying to flip now. The only safe strategy is buy and hold at this juncture.
As for the 1,000,000 share sales @ .0883 I'm guessing they are from the fine folks who financed the building but who knows really.
