You see.........N706BL gets completely taken apart into a million pieces during the heavy C-check.
So the question becomes: Why put back the old interior at the end of the C-checks just to rip it out again to replace it with the new interior? Why not just put the new interior in place when the plane is getting put back together after the C-checks are completed?
