I can appreciate that it is hard to believe that brokerage firms, investment bankers and their clients would be able to steal investors funds while regulators turned a blind eye. I had difficulty believing that scumbags like this would be able to do this without remorse.
I have since been made aware that lots of bankers have been jumping out windows and off the roofs of buildings lately rather than face the shame of having their efforts exposed and living through the shame their families would have to endure. I will admit that years ago I was certain that once regulators became aware of what was going on as far as naked shorting was concerned they would put a stop to it immediately. Wrong! They grandfathered the criminal acts through Regulation SHO. How sad. I have no doubt however that justice will be served since good always prevails over evil although at times good is frustratingly slow in arriving. Go GNCP!!!
Note well: Our prisons are filled with criminals who were sure they would never be caught. Perp walks coming!
