The short answer is yes.......but, a lot more is viewed by the market makers such as who they are in jv's with, what the plans for the future are and how reliable is that info, what the gain/loss metrics are and how sustainable, how much debt and the relationships to coming out of debt and in what period of time.....etc., etc., .....

So, pretty much every aspect of the company is viewed on a very professional business level.

That said....I personally think that is the reason why MOST stocks fail to re-list. With this one....we all know, or , at least hope we know that is not the case. The business plan was superior to any OTC I have seen in recent memory. I absolutely loved the way they did things. I am not far from that now. It is just unfortunate that we had this happen. On the other hand... when one door shuts another opens and going forward we are stronger and smarter as Scott said.

It is very likely that, IMO, the management turned down a lot of things because they were focused on a tunnel vision of forward movement. This instance may have opened up new opportunities with an even better way to accomplish their / our goals.

That is my gut feeling on all of this. I think we will have a better understanding on the direction this coming week.

I hope this helps? GLTA
