So now we know why the A/S was increased.
Now we know how the shareholder will benefit.
Now we know why it has taken so long to get the wind under BGMT/RIGH's sails.
Now we know RIGH has the capital infusion to grow.
I don't 'toot my horn' much, folks, but when I do, "I speak from the heart!" I know this, I'm a good judge of character. I've made 100's of hiring and firing decisions in my lifetime. I've reviewed, edited, and written 1,000's of performance appraisals in my lifetime. I've sit on dozens of company boards (committee boards, review boards, disciplinary boards, BOD boards). I'm a good judge of character...
I state (the above) not to toot my horn, but to express, when I say, "Angel is an intelligent, honest and hardworking man," I speak from the heart. He believes in doing the right thing. Yes, it has taken longer than expected (frustrated me to no end), but Angel is honest about the delays (something that he is not particular fond of either; but that has been explained).
I posted yesterday about the in-roads being made in California to get R-MJ on the California ballot in 2014. Simultaneously, we are seeing a shift (and softening) of California legislature--politicians are finally putting together policy to support legalization in California. That doesn't mean arrests still aren't occuring. That doesn't mean businesses still aren't being shut down. Sometimes the left hand doesn't always talk to the right hand--we have seen this dozens of times before. But when that switch is finally flipped, things will change in a NY minute in California--in my opinion, as early as Jan 1, 2015 (just like Colorado).
