Disagree 6000 ft should fine since they could use 2000 in one and 4000 in the other. It doesn't classify the Sq footage to be in one location. Also remember most agriculture crops grown on that zone are processed off site. This means Bill could process off site and still be zoned agriculture. Regardless does anyone think when Bill laid out the plan a few individuals wanted them rezoned to pay equivalent taxes to what appears another MJ company that would grow there. To me if the were zoned industrial then I am pretty sure there could be restrictions on how much crop you could grow. Either way after reading I believe Bill is correct on zoning and has laid it out for some individuals within the city but not publicly since he could be trying to acquire land within the area in an industrial place area
