Good afternoon, Birdys. The RIGH Word is spreading, indeed. I've received several messages from fellow IHang - people had no idea RIGH trades as an MJ play! They were equally shocked to learn RIGH popped 3,500% in January and February, and asked me, "how so, if she's so heavy?"
Let's review a few facts:
1) RIGH's O/S is 30 billion, but 95% of shares are restricted.
2) 95% restricted shares puts RIGH's float count near 3.2 billion.
3) Most of the float is absorbed - verified through A/D accumulation line.
4) RIGH traded short multiple bursts of 300%, 400%, 400+% in Jan/Feb.
5) 3,500% run was in two waves, and completed w/in 10 trading days!
6) RIGH has consolidated for weeks, preparing for the next up move!
7) RIGH's "restricted" shares are in "friendly hands" - V/C Mr. Tuzzolino, who has a vested interest to see the company succeed and naturally for shares to rise.
RIGH's industry is MJ, but she's "a tech co.," with explosive-potential.
9) RIGH moved on MJ-sector exuberance (no news), news is expected.

My personal opinion, what makes RIGH/BGMT so valuable is the fact, we have received virtually zero company news for the past 18 months! Angel has recently delivered new PR stating "the company has submitted appropriate filings to upgrade its status on OTC Markets." We saw that in the form of partial-fins.
The current filings are expected to immediately upgrade the company to OTC Pink Limited. The company will follow this action by filing financial reports to amend the public entity to OTC Pink Current."
Further, Angel stated, "We have hired Securities Compliance Group, Ltd. to guide us in this process, and we will continue to work with them to find additional ways to improve."
The new reports contain news of the completed transformation from RightSmile, Inc. to BG Medical Technologies Inc., clearing the way for the company to actively focus on filing with FINRA for its name and symbol change."
I know for a fact financials have been completed and Securities Compliance Group have completed their review. The only thing pending the filing, is Baron intending to seek the return of its 800,000 shares of Preferred. I believe this will be resolved in short order as delays do not mutually benefit either company. With FINS to come, the Co. activity we have been seeing (site visit and Budgenius.com), and a wave of news expected, this is a good opportunity for shareholders to increase share count or new investors to start a position, all IMHO.
