Good morning all. Just came from the liarshub and decided to try once more to ad some clarity to discussion there. LOL bad idea.

Good morning all. Just got back from Co. and some great fishing with my son. Needed to clear my head.
A lot of people are wondering where all the LONGS have gone. LOL... We're still around, trust me on that. Most of us don't like to read over and over utter nonsense here that has started happening since the shutdown. We prefer to speak with truth and facts so that we may make RATIONAL, and educated decisions.
In many of my previous post, check them, I said over and over to be patient, look for facts, speak with your respective broker, and do your own DD.
There are many on this board who will tell you all is doom and gloom. Most have an agenda which is they want cheap shares. OK, that's fine. But, understand what the agenda is when the PREDICTIONS are way off of the mark. That is how you protect yourself and your money. Use your head and not someone else's.
I said a few times earlier that I believed the problem the SEC had was because of outside manipulation. Check my post. I did not see anywhere that the Management did anything wrong. I did not like the timing or the selling of so many shares of stock that did happen by HUNT AND STERLINGS WIFE. But, they we're done in accordance with the law and had NOTHING to do with the SEC shutdown. That's just a fact. As it turns out...it was the outside manipulation to affect the share price. Simply a fact. That was a MATERIAL statement by Sterling. So, what does that mean? It means that by making that statement about what the SEC has informed him of...it has to be true or he is libel for trying to manipulate false information to affect the stock price. Based on this I believe the statement. Make up your own mind, please, but try to use some common sense.
Disclosure: I have not sold a single share since the shutdown or opening on Grey Market. I am looking to buy more someplace around .15 - .10 if I get the chance. WHY ???
The reality is that in order to come off of the Grey's a MM will have to have enough confidence in your company to pick you up and then the MM has to file the 211 to the SEC to re-list.
That takes time and there must be good reason or the MM will not take the risk. Period.
In Sterling's letter he indicated a 2.0 move for the company with a world class association of leadership and progress forward moving. I believe that because they want off of the Greys and they want to continue moving forward with the legalization process they have been at for many years. Do some DD here.
I personally think this will be a trying time for many of us but, I also believe we will come out the other end much stronger.
We will have news on the details of 2.0 this coming week. I think that is worth hearing before a decision is made you may regret later. Then, in 2 weeks will be the 8k which will tell everyone where the financials are really at. Again, worth waiting for in my judgment.
In closing, please, buy, sell or hold because you made your best effort to get to the truth and not because you listen to anyone with which there may be an AGENDA attached. Including me. Do your own research based on what you may question on any of these forums. Try to use common sense and know the truth.
