I also have suspicions that the people who proclaim to be more confident than ever and who are trying to steer conversation away from the company's prospects to instead trying to get shareholders to 'fight the FUD', aren't who they pretend to be.
I'm a bit suspicious of you in particular, AlanC, based on some of the things you've said. Are you Mr. Bordynuik?
I know the moniker "AlanC" would indicate otherwise but there are some conversations about Mr. Bordynuik using the fake name "Dylan Porter" to sell things on E-bay in the past and making some people mad. Since those conversations were well before Mr. Bordynuik even purchased controlling interest in the JBI shell, it's highly unlikely those were 'fudsters' just trying to get JBI to fail--JBI didn't exist at that time. Are those people just liars? If true, it wouldn't be a stretch for Mr. Bordynuik to use any name which steers people away from suspecting his real identity.
Hopefully you'll indulge me in a test to see whether you're Mr. Bordynuik or not by answering this question: What do you think of Ms. Elsley and if the courts find she was wronged and if her lawyers are smart enough to go after Mr. Bordynuik personally rather than trying to collect from a cashless company and hurting shareholders, would you feel justice was done?
The reason I ask is because I don't believe that Mr. Bordynuik would be able to hear Ms. Elsley's name without smashing his keyboard against the desk so a coherent answer, even disavowing any knowledge of any Ms. Elsley, would give some evidence that you're not Mr. Bordynuik.
