You are the one revealing my name. That is a violation of my privacy. You have done so more than once. I have not given you permission to do so.
You are the one claiming that I will be receiving court orders. You are the one telling me that I will have to answer questions in a court of law. You are the one telling me legal aspects of libel. I find these posts very threatening.
You are the one posting that my name is James and that I called Bill O'Rourke pretending to be a SEC investigator out of Washington. This is not true. I find these posts defamatory. You have posted an untruth after having revealed my identity.
Furthermore, if any of your associates that you are working with have broken the law with regards to GESI, or are still doing so, you working in conjunction with these individuals could be viewed as trying to promote illegal activity or assist in unlawful acts.
Your posts have exhibited that several individuals in question are blatantly working together.
You have made posts that suggest that Gordon MacKay has shared information with you about me. You have made posts the suggest that Kenny Davidson has shared information with you about me. Your posts have indicated that the Company is sharing information about me directly to you. I wonder why? I wonder what the legal ramification is to this? Are you a representative of the Company? It makes me wonder how much information the Company, or said individuals have shared with you in past?
