The SEC provides no help to personally stop this and others like them because it is only a regulatory body and as such will not prosecute individuals for violations of their own regulations. That is always left to others. So don’t ever expect help from the SEC should you file a complaint. Your only chance at recovering the swindle that occurs is to personally litigate against those responsible

I'm sure you know that the SEC is a civil regulatory body and can't prosecute anybody or send anybody to jail.


Personal lawsuits brought against individuals is another matter entirely tho....none of my concern there either.....I haven't posted any information that doesn't have verifiable facts and documentation to back it up......while others.....have posted information that cannot be verified or factual based with proof....just sayin....

No ....this doesn't require or indicate a reply is necessary....unless someone might have a reason to try to justify their actions.....

folks might want to check out the legal remedy courts now use for "electronic" dissemination of libel....there is no "proof" needed to show damages by any individual..once its determined libel/intent to damage was commited by the court....MANDATORY damages are awarded to the individual or individuals damaged.........
