even though tx is a bizzare isolation of 1 issue- the only issue geo apparently feels it can win- separated from the host of issues that comprise the Geo-old CWRN battlefield- I think the delay-though frustrating- ultimately will inure to the benefit of Bob et al- beyond the elimination of previous partial undue discovery sanctions that Clark noted-thanks Clark
due to a change in the level of manipulation which has plagued the legal system ever since the 60's. I've seen that manipulation employed in almost every hearing where such people were involved for decades-especially bad after 1989- where manipulators were involved-but in the last week-though it was a hectic week-attorneys who were previously manipulating triers were completely different- no manipulation at all-
rather than being their usual -since I'd known those attorneys- irascible hostile manipulative selves,they were actually friendly to me -their previous adversary in the same case-in hearings this last week-I've seen things like this my entire life growing up in and being surrounded by cults who employ such manipulation-and have defeated every 1 of those cults-but its been a long battle trying to completely defeat that via a long long pioneering process in the biggest cult I've ever encountered -the USA legal system
Ive already previously posted how I thought things would start turning around re these things after April 15-and privately have gone into much greater detail- Ive now personally seen a change in hearings this last week-and since what I've been doing is on a national basis- I would expect these years of delay will actually benefit the defendants in the TX case
for those who have followed the tx case you have personally seen a lot of manipulation imo in the discovery games which were designed to prevent Bob et al from having the ability to defend themselves- to produce discovery-discovery sanctions were wrong imo and were lifted in Jan as Clark said-
but I believe there will be more positive changes in the handling/atmosphere of the legal cases to come vs the hostile manipulation/ atmosphere I believe would have prevailed had the cases been heard earlier-for those who dont believe these things just stick your head down the rabbit hole again and pretend these things dont exist- since the 'open mind' platitude is just a platitude of self deception employed by a closed minded species- I've opened scores of attorneys eyes to this manipulation and when they recognize it they are amazed -but as in everything among a lazy "me me me" species its always, "This is way over my head -you take care of it for us' as I ve done all my life
