So how come no one wants to take out the wall at 1

So how come no one wants to take out the wall at 12? If you think this is going to skyrocket in the future, 19-20 million shares at .0012 would seem a steal. Or at least keep the bid within a 0.0001 of the ask, and kept at several million, so whomever is using the wall to accumulate lower can't do so?
I've put all I want to into this company, getting rather disgusted by the severe disdain for shareholders shown by Bob. Break even and I'm gone.
