I 2nd this idea. A cool climate is actually ideal for the FITX complex setup. With the heat generated from the powerful lighting that will be used, a naturally cold climate on the exterior of the building will make it easier to control heat inside the building. Too much heat = unhealthy plants. Facebook adhered to the same principle in their expansion model and purposely constructed their new "server farms" in cold locations to take advantage of the exterior temperature to cool their buildings. Another example of great decision making by the FITX team.
