This is in response to post 17884 jacob. I have no idea why I'm on your ignore list. I've never responded to you before. However to respond now to your question about heating this place, I work inside a building almost identical to the ones build on site.. Your question was about heating the building in the summer. Wow, these places get awful hot in the summer and need no heat at all. It's usually quite hot inside all summer long. I have worked inside my similar building for 30 years now and we finally added air conditioning last summer. There is zero insulation on the walls. None. The ceiling has insulation only. And they are easily heated during the winter. Don't worry about it. If you are concerned about heat and it worries you, please sell your unwanted shares to me. Thanks
