Get ready for a real bumpy ride come Monday. Now their posting lawsuit information between Bodie investments and marani. It looks like Marani is requesting a jury trail in the case. Just what we need, more fuel for the bashers to drive the PPS into the ground. I thought this was settled when Marani issued Bodie around 30 million free trading shares. This could get real ugly fast as this spreads over the weekend. IMHO
