Honestly, I can't believe that ihub has not been shut down and it's operators locked up... It's nothing but a bunch of promoters pumping and taking advantage of gulible investors who don't take the time to analyze the stocks... Plutos is probably just playing his short interest in HIMR.... He's just another ihub con artist....
