Thomas J. Parilla has been named the new President of Rounder Inc., and has also accepted a seat on its Board of Directors. With nearly 20 years of international and domestic blue chip experience, in both the retail brokerage and investment banking sectors, Mr.Parilla brings a wealth of Wall Street knowledge to the Rounder family.

Mr. Parilla is charged with leading Rounder, Inc. through its transitional period, and will assist the company in locating and closing quality acquisitions. This will provide the company with both growth potential, and the ability to attract proper funding to strengthen its balance sheet. Mr. Parilla was quoted as saying "It's a new day at Rounder, Inc. and I pledge 100% of my efforts to create a well-run and efficient company that will be strictly run from the top with great strength and determination. Mr. Parilla also stated that, "Under my direction, effective immediately, Rounder, Inc. will quickly become a much more transparent company. Its shareholders will be treated accordingly. Three of my directives will go into effect immediately: First: Rounder Inc. will seek new SEC counsel as Andrew Stack has resigned as corporate counsel. Second: Rounder, Inc. will begin a weekly conference call between shareholders and Rounder management. Mr. Parilla graduated from Mercyhurst University in Erie,Pa in 1988 and his ties to the university remain close to this day. He currently serves on its Board of Trustees Investment Committee. He has been featured multiple times in magazines, and also was the economics expert featured on a CBS morning segment entitled “Ask the Experts". Born and raised in the small steel and coal town of Mineral Ridge, Ohio, Mr. Parilla learned the value of a strong work ethic at an early age. This work ethic will help to create a successful management team at Rounder, Inc.
