I was wrong. sorry everyone
I have stated many times on this board that I believed there would be a huge run up in anticipation of license when we got closer to May.
I thought it would act as a pharmaceutical company. When they anticipate a drug being approved from the FDA.. there is a huge run up..
When the FDA finally approves the drug.. the approval is already baked into the stock most of the time.
I thought the same would happen with this licences.
I was wrong.. this is still under .15 cents somehow... it baffles me.
