inspection could of already happened.. but at the latest it will happen sometime next week..
approval will probably happen a week or 2 after inspection..
so license can be granted anytime in the next 2-3 weeks MAX.
(Bill has stated numerous times that they are on schedule, and he has also stated that inspection would probably be a few days after Easter... so that would mean inspection has already happened)
But I am not sure if the gate and perimeter cameras need to be complete before inspection takes place.
