I remember the oil embargo of the 70's. I was in the Navy on a Mid-East cruise at the time. When I came home and saw the prices at the pump, it was shocking. Not even a JBII long should look forward to $10 gas. Most of the hostilities that cause energy concerns in North America occur in Washington DC. But I digress.
