Let them run. most over there are only looking for quick short gains and those type traders are just a pain in the arse for stock prices anyhow.
I guess if the convo did happen, you could take "operational delays" to mean that they are in operation and experiencing issues during. Could be anything, but I guess you wouldn't want to publish that to the world when you're looking to show your best face. Maybe the chainsaw throw it's chain and the hardware store is on back order? hahahaha
We just don't know until we know and no conversation on any forums right now is based on anything other than speculation, I'd say.
