Yes, I know the disclaimer is 'boilerplate'. I agree it's valuable to note that for reference.
"What else could be outdated"? Probably many things. I do wonder how the 'Executive Summary' became public, and what the discloser intends.
Fuel prices will go up and down periodically. I think more up than down.
