Panther 2 posted this on another board. Its is an intellegent , concise and tactful way to explain openly this is how many of the "griefing and libelous" statements can and should be categorized. For management their posts are potential evidence. Personal attacks aside to Long shareholders they typically belong in file #13.

"Applying your personal strategy on whether to buy or sell your own personal stock based on rumor, past/present information or just feeling plain lucky is not the same as trying to convince others on this board to buy/sell based purely on subjective personal opinion derived from past performance and data . I have not presented any posts attempting to convince anyone that TECO is a failure, fraud and participating in deceptive practices. That is probably why I am not one of those posters being pursued by TECO for misrepresenting personal opinion as fact!"
P.S. also another post by govprs had this to say too it is a refreshing quote and needs to be said as the modern workplaces are more and more into and on FB.
"I just checked out facebook and I like the updates. Its hard for me to imagine how any company has willingly defrauded the public on FB. So I assume these pics and videos are legit.
If some has proof I'm wrong then please share
