I did read that first long post of yours, explaining about the various exchanges, tiers, FINRA & the SEC, etc, but as you can see, it was difficult for me to understand. Hence my several questions afterwards, so as to try & understand, and you willing & kindness to take the time to reply! I truly appreciate that, for how many times have I asked questions, trying to find answers, and was never anaswered, or else not answered well.

With regard to your last answer/post to me, I particularly enjoyed your following words:
