Angel,
Thanks for sharing with the state of the political climate in California, I had no idea. I also had no idea on the restrictions surrounding the banking industry and cash flow. (What a challenge this must be?).
I've been trying to follow as much as I can on testing, especially all that is going on with Colorado right now. It seems they are the most forward thinking of all the states, but I could be wrong.
I'm not very fond of the left- vs. right-hand laws splitting the federal and state levels, with the laws being prohibitive in one measure but the opposite in another. This reminds me of a battlefield littered with mines - the pot of gold is on the other side, with so much opportunity for failure in between.
Again, thank you for sharing. I hope you have a pleasant weekend!

BN,
While it may be a minefield, I wouldn't call it an opportunity for failure. Our company mitigates the "minefield" risks by focusing on data collection and technology solutions. It is an opportunity for advancement.
The industry itself is propelled forward by the will of USA citizens. This is an extremely helpful and medicinal plant. It threatens many established industries due to its efficacy in many forms, medical and otherwise. It is, to borrow a Silicon Valley buzzword, a disruptor. It is the best kind of industry to be involved in from a growth perspective. Incumbents will always throw everything they can to hold back a disruptor who's time has come. However, cannabis and hemp has voting power in industry-friendly hands. It is perhaps the first time over a a century where the Federal power structure has been so deeply challenged by "We the People". It is an amazing process to watch unfold.
Continued education is key. Data drives education. We are data collectors.
