$BCAP will report further progress next week.
I am pretty sure the freeze vote is complete. We will probably see a PR Tuesday / Wednesday.
Also there will be a filing on otcmarkets.com with the updated By-Laws. Matt often likes to publish the filings before releasing the PR.
