Brandy is any liquor distilled from fruit. So it is very possible the brandies are made from the fruits she listed, apricot, peach and grape. I would assume the brandies are distilled from the fruits Margret stated especially if they are going to be in the nice bottles she presented.
MRIB can make money off of either product however I am personally looking forward to drinking top shelf quality products My appreciation for Cognac is what led me to start researching the micro distilling business over 3 years ago.
Cognac is brandy (made from grapes) from a region in France and they own the name Cognac. One should realize there are many fine brandies that stand up to and arguably surpass Cognac.
Most of us have had the cheap sweet California brandies or cheap flavored brandies since that is what most bars and stores have available.
I will bet these 3 new brandies will be excellent! This is exciting news!
