Just thought I would share a somewhat crazy story

Just thought I would share a somewhat crazy story on the FITX investing trail. I decided to liquidate one of my investment properties so did a substantial price cut advertisement if I could get a quick settlement. A guy called me last night and made a cash offer which I of course thought he meant certified check ect. Instead he showed up with a bag of cash today - we went to City Hall - recorded the deeds - I deposited the cash, wired money out and I'm ready to buy again.
