The play here is to hold and add if you like. They will no doubt find a market maker that will sponsor a form 211 under 15c-2-11. There was way to much volume to let this stock die and way to much money to be made by the MM.
As far as the information from the company: if it was me I wouldn't be saying a damn word either. They are in a precarious position and could be walking a thin line here with the sec. Speak one word out of turn and they may just come down hard on you out of spite. You say yes sir, no sir, and nothing else. Give them nothing that can be construed that you think you are in the clear.
Just get some popcorn and sit back and watch tomorrow will be my play. They are selling way to much doom and gloom over at ihub which tells me something is up. They are even telling people to set your limit orders now for a low price so you are first in line. Would not be out of the realm of possibility that all the new faces wanting everyone to sell might just be in with the market maker that is planning on sponsoring phots 211. They would make a killing
