joey: As usual, a spot on post. In light of that post, there are three connected roadblocks to the market's embrace of SKTO. They may appear to be three separate issues, but they are one.

Mayor as SK president
Audit the fins, ungag the transfer agent, and cleanse the firm of Mayor in favor of a new president free of baggage. Until these three linked deficiencies are corrected, SKTO will, in all likelihood, continue to struggle in this market under a dark cloud of suspicion and mistrust.
