There isn't an issue since Bill has a plan and everything they are doing now including the 2nd building has no zoning issues. Worst case scenario once building 3 and 4 go up Bill will need to acquire a separate processing facility off site to process excess MJ in industrial area. Other than that they can grow as much as they want in buildings.
