Old "rumor" was for a new entity to be formed by merging CWRN and other area concessions, uplisting, IPO, financials, etc. That hearsay involved Geo Tech. Given the lawsuit, anything involving Geo Tech is null and void, IMO. However, we are fortunate to have Shirley Lee, who is ex-Geo Tech, and has a nice business resume/contacts, etc. Bao is another consideration as well, and has been quite visible and involved, as we know.
We also have Bob Cotton... absent but not forgotten, and still no doubt fully aware and involved in some capacity regardless of his present place of residence. I think grajekk is on to something and more importantly, so is our Company. Putting all the legal issues in the rear view mirror is the key to unlocking the doors that lie ahead, IMO.
We may well be on the cusp of exciting times for the Company and investors, beyond what we already can see and anticipate.
