I'm in for at least 5yrs. You're doing the right thing. Let me put it this way...if the 2nd building is 2X as big as the first, why sell before it reaches max. prod.? But wait, building 3 is 2X as big as the 1st two put together. Why sell until that building has reached max prod.? But wait again...building 4 is going to be 2X as big as the 1st three all put together. Why sell until that build has reached max prod.? But wait... BC has mentioned dividends also, in addition to all the buy backs, etc. BOP44 you are sitting on something with real exponential growth possibilities. This is going to be huge...and pay you back big time in the future...even if you never sell and split up the dividends. I wish I was as mature as you and your room mates when I was in college.
