Your guesstimate of the timeline appears to be one

Your guesstimate of the timeline appears to be one that I believe many of us on this board feel is very realistic. My only concern is item # 4 because things in that area of the world are heating up and predicting what will develope and how it will affect Baltia is difficult. Lets hope and pray that the cards fall in your predicted fashon.
