Everyone needs to be rational here. Look at our new Board Members. Look at the fact that we got that $20 MILLION cash infusion. These are people that have a much higher degree of access to due diligence then anyone around any message boards. If any of the garbage going around had even a thread of truth then we would not have these things - No $20 million of cash for building and rolling out our business, and sure as shit no John A. Germinario who has led way to Dr. David L. Felton, we'd have been thrown out with PHOT.
Bill keeps delivering on every measure. I like seeing the pictures and the subtle hints that he keeps dropping letting us know "everything is on schedule". Bill is looking out for the little guy by doing this. I know that the price action sucks but if whales really are going to come in / are coming in then the share price will continue to grind minus a pop on licensure news, until we start to get earnings that show that fact that this company is going to be a finical printing press. Then we will be on the express elevator to the Nasdaq. I'm not trying to be negative, but most people are stupid (while the smart ones accumulate) and are going to be reactive to the price action. Don't whales("smart money"
eat plankton (retail investors)? Sharks (market makers) don't fuck with whales.This is a mind blowing opportunity. Ounce theses guys get rolling with the ability to export our float is going to be irrelevant.

If you are an impatient person and the wall street way is getting to you then just tune everything out and scroll through the timeline. Think about the time span from the share holder meeting to present time and the installation of our new Board members and the accomplishments that Bill has navigated.
