Said website posts financials and press releases and, as such, would be considered a corporate information portal by regulators. The firm has both a fiduciary and regulatory responsibility not to mislead the public. On that score, the firm would be well advised to issue a requisite 8-K, required by OTCM, informing the public that Choo and Allyn, officers and directors, have left the building.
