just left voice mail to julius from OCIE division of sec on the illegal activity in RIGH. I mentioned the activity in BCAP over the past weeks as well. Hopefully will get a return call. I suggest others to leave him a voice mail as well. need to get to bottom of this. I would reccommend others on BCAP to do the same.
