I seriously doubt they are thinking of replacing Kurt... helping him out with this hotline definitely.
The hotline will probably deal with the general questions to free up Kurt a little for those that have concerns and questions that need more expertise.
Like I said, he's probably exhausted at this point.
Just my thoughts.
