He is busy with the Imagine Launch and IC Places so has brought on several people to help build the company. We will keep this board up to date as we make public announcements.

What about the "other" board? Have they been put back out to pasture again?
That's how they were treated before, so they are prolly used to it.
No big deal. Most of them just poured their life savings into the dream and now don't have anything left to invest.
Screw em. You make the right move staying here and leaving them to fend for themselves.
