TDEY 3D Eye Solutions Inc. Enters Into the $2.5 Billion E-Cig Market
CHEYENNE, WY--(Marketwired - Apr 23, 2014) - 3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc. a Wyoming Corporation dba 3D Eye Solutions Inc (OTC Pink: TDEY) (PINKSHEETS: TDEY) - We are proud to announce that 3D Eye Solutions Inc is entering the $2.5 billion E-Cigarette Market. Reports are showing E-Cigs will continue to take away profit share from cigarettes over the next several years and reaching over 15% of total tobacco industry profit. The E-Cig market is on track to grow by 400% over the next 3 years alone, growing to a $10 billion by 2017. 3D Eye Solutions has positioned itself into an untouched area of the E-Cig market. Our sister company PBS Holding Inc. acquired Jazz Candles, which has strong ties to the Retail Gift Store Market. Jazz Candles' previous owner has connections with all the major rep groups/showrooms across the entire United States. He has secured us 2 major rep groups/showrooms to rep our full line of E-Cigs and Vapors. He is currently working on securing us more rep groups/showrooms to cover most of the United States, which will happen within the next 2 weeks.

We are proud to have J Brandes Inc. out of the Dallas Market Center repping our full line of E-Cig products. They have been in business since 1964 and cover Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas repping some of the top name brands in the gift industry including Caffco and Crabtree and Evelyn. The Principal of J Brandes, Kim Brandes, has 6 road reps covering these 4 states. You can visit them at www.jbrandesinc.com.

We also have Imagine That out of the Las Vegas and Denver Market repping for us as well. They have a history of more than 15 years in the gift industry. The Las Vegas and Denver Markets cover Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. The Principal of Imagine That, Debbie Jo Spencer, has 17 reps covering these 13 states. You can visit Imagine That at www.imaginethatreps.com. As we secure more rep groups/showrooms across the United States we will let you know. We now have 23 reps covering 17 states to sell our E-Cig product line.

Our plan is to have all of our product line ready for The Dallas Total Home and Gift Show June 18-24, 2014. We will have our entire product line in J Brandes Showroom, ready for them to sell to Retail Gift Shops, Pharmacy Stores, and Novelty Store owners from across the country. All orders placed at the show will ship immediately. We will have all of our E-Cig products in all rep groups/showrooms before their Major Market take place in June and July.

We are currently working with 3 factories overseas to supply us with the E-Cigs. We are testing all the products now for QC. Also we are using this time to work with our rep group/showrooms to determine what new E-Cigs designs the Retail Gift Market will want us to bring to the market. The big part of the E-Cig market is the reorder on the Vapors. All of our Vapors will be manufactured in house by Jazz Candles. PBS Holding Inc. just signed a lease to rent the entire 27,000 sq. ft. building located at 1322 Round Table, Dallas Texas which will be the new home for Jazz Candles and where we will be shipping all our E-Cig products from. All of our Vapors will be 100% USA made by Jazz Candles. By doing the Vapors in house it will give us greater QC, more flavors choices for our customers and increased profit margins, which will bring more profit to our bottom line on what will be our biggest reordered product.

It has been reported that E-Cigs are possibly 99% less harmful than cigarettes and can deliver a similar user experience for the need of nicotine. It eliminates the 4,000+ chemicals found in cigarettes. Roughly 74% of smokers want to quit and we believe E-Cigs are by far the most credible alternative. It only made since for us to enter into this market with our connections with all the major rep groups/showrooms across the United States. This has given us immediate representation to sell our E-Cig products to the untouched Retail Gift Market Industry.

The name of our new E-Cig company will be released next week along with more updates as they happen. We are extremely excited by the response we have got from the rep groups/showrooms that have come on board to sell our E-Cig line. They have all said, "This will be the next big thing to hit the Retail Gift Market."

With rep groups/showrooms repping to the entire Retail Gift Market, which will cover most of the United States, we should easily do $8-10 million in sales annually.
