IMO we should see .09 today. Don't know if we will stay there but it should be within reach. FITX has been doing a run up quickly in the morning only to fall all day, then do a late rally in power hr. I think that is because people do not want to be stuck without a seat if Bill comes out with news overnight. That seems to be the pattern. The pics alone will create a buy this morning but will it be sustainable? I have no avail funds right now (damn it!) but IMO the best time to buy seems to be 12pm to about 2pm.
